Green Committee Accomplishments Honored by Upper Nyack Board of Trustees

It was a special moment at the Upper Nyack Board of Trustees meeting on Thursday, October 17, when the Green Committee was thanked for the hard work and successes that our members have helped the village achieve. There is brand new plaque proclaiming Upper Nyack as a Bronze Certified Climate Smart Community. The Committee is grateful for all its members who chipped in hours of work for helping the village achieve this status. It is just the start of an ongoing process to improve our village’s, and the region’s, sustainability.
