Green Committee Poll on Upper Nyack’s Drinking Water

The Green Committee recently conducted an informal poll of its members to hear about concerns related to our drinking water in Rockland County — including per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination — and to learn about methods residents are currently using to filter their drinking water. The results of the poll are included in the PDF document below, plus additional background research compiled by the committee on the effectiveness of various filtration systems.
